The staff are amazing! Rooms are clean. Food never disappoints. The gym could use functioning cooling system that works. The hot tub was broken so that was disappointing. The property itself could use a little TLC, buildings, gardens etc.

The room was clean daily that was fine, but I was only offered turn down Service once and it was never offered again the entire week I was there. I was given a robe, but the Cleaning Lady accidentally took the robe when she took the towels and I was never given another robe. I tried to get another one. They said I had to call Guest Service. It was a thing I didn’t even worry about it. They forgot to bring my bag to my room when I initially checked in so I didn’t get it until almost 9 PM when I arrive my door to my room the lock was not working so I had to walk back down to where I checked in twice to get them to try to fix it and they still didn’t fix it. Someone had to come up and actually take the lock off and fix it.
