staff,food,drinks,clean room,
but i was frustrated by the security people who stopped us from getting into the ocean even when there was no obvious danger of storm .... The main reason we came there was the ocean not the food,or anything else.They prohibited us even from walking on the beach.

I had an amazing experience at Ocean El Faro! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful — clean, relaxing, and full of great amenities. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service.
A huge thank you to Carlos Enrique, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Carlos truly represents what great hospitality should be — professional, caring, and genuine.
Because of his outstanding service and the overall wonderful atmosphere, I’m giving Ocean El Faro a well-deserved 5 stars. I can’t wait to come back again!
