I did not like the fact that someone was constantly sweeping the floor in the dining room during meals, that just disturbs the dust and can contaminate the food you are eating. The hotel was already very clean.

Disgusting!

First we arrived at 2 am and hotel couldnt find our reservation. Second had to change rooms twice because they didn't give us what we reserved. Lastly, the room was simply disgusting, had to call front staff to change linnens (by then it eas passed 3 am). The carpeta were wore out and dirty. No way this hotel is 3.5 stars. I gave it a 0

Arrived and tried to make contact - found hotel is closed Neither hotel nor Expedia let me know in advance. A very costly problem

CROOKS! The hotel is closed!!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure why Hotels.com still has them up, but this hotel is under renovation and not available to take guests. Hotels.com really needs to do a better job in checking who lists with them.
