I stayed in rm 8124, bathroom blow dryer was nasty/dirty and it appear it had not been cleaned for some months because it was makeup/dirt all over it. I could not use it due to it had not cleaned, the bath tub was not clean and it had dirt rings around the tub like the houskeeper did not clean it. If I wanted to use the spa hot tub I could not due to it was not cleaned up. The kitchen refridgerator was dirty with dirt spots fron not being properly cleaned. Spots all on the carpet, dirt spots on the blinds in the room.The door to the room was off track. The parking lot lights were not working and very dark at night in the parking lot in which is not safe for guest. I willl be requesting a refund

Room was OK, casino is not fun or put together well. It’s kind of the bottom feeder of casinos in the area. Casino was really small just a couple tables heavy smoke and just a very low class of people. The only thing I liked about it was the live music on Friday and Saturday night. Staff members are pretty much nonexistent. Pool area is poor. Elevators are a pain in the butt do that to the fact that the key card doesn’t work properly and takes forever to work. At one time we had four people trying to use it to go up and we could not get it to go up I finally just waited and took a different elevator but still had problems with the other ones as well. I didn’t see House cleaning on my floor at all the entire four nights I was there…. The only time they showed up it was on my checkout and they had the nerve to knock on my door at 8 AM asking if I’m checking out when checkout was at 11… I won’t be staying here again

Catching the restaurants open was a challenge. The bedding did have stains, but it looked more like coffee than anything else. Gaming was fun, the drinks were adequate. The room definitely smelled like we were on the water, and the carpet was kind of damp. Also, very small complaint, the tv didn't work the entire time we were there. Room was pretty and big and the bathroom was giant, but very slick. Be careful walking around in there after the shower. It was ok.
