"Warm welcome at check-in. Room perfect. Other guests could be a bit noisy in the corridor but not the fault of hotel. POD transport very convenient if a little premium compared to 423 bus. Restaurant food was good. Will stay again. "

"Check-in was quick. They acknowledged our anniversary and we got upgraded to a nicer room without asking. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Hotel is showing signs of wear (especially the couches at Sphere bar). Gym was a decent size for an airport hotel. "

"The staff were extremely helpful. They took my cases to the room and collected them for me as I had recently had an operation. The room was comfortable and having an arm chair and foot rest was great . I also enjoyed having a small fridge where I could keep milk. The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. This is an ideal hotel to stay at and so convenient for Heathrow Airport."
