The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The pillows were small and the comforter on the bed was thin so we brought our own from home. Overall, served its purpose. Decent room at a low rate in a small town. It was exactly what I expected. Satisfied with our stay.

Mattress was hard and smelled. Noise from upstairs. It was very clean. And appeared updated. But were told 3 times it was a nonsmoking property. And feel as though it was because we were dressed in biker gear. Is that a form of profiling?

Room is spacious. Bed not the most comfortable (rather hard). Saw a small cockroach in bathroom. We reserved a non-smoking room...room had an odor upon entering but, it ended up being ok. For one night, it was fine overall.

Paid $77.58 on Hotel. Com paying extra for a “Superior” room to have a coffee pot in room. To find out that the motel was getting $58. the price of a standard room that there is no up charge have for a room with a coffee pot. Got up to room there was no coffee pot went back to desk The guy handed us a coffee pot. The bed was uncomfortable the pillows were Horrible. The guy at the desk barely spoke English it was hard to communicate with him. There was a hypodermic needle in the back where they want you to walk the dog. The only good thing was the shower. The water was hot.

The area was quiet and had good dining opportunities. The facility was clean. Only issue was security of the facility. Any non guests have access to enter at anytime. Not all doors are secured with room key entery. One door in tge east stairway didn't even lock nor secured at any time !

For the most part the room was fine, there was hair clumps in the shower, the bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets did not fit the bed, it was like they put Queen sheets on the king bed. For the price and what we needed it for (in at 1130pm out in the morning) was fine.

The room was not clean, the shower had other people's hair in it, and the shower drain was clogged. Gross. We stayed there two nights in two different rooms. One room was better than the other, but both needed very thorough cleanings and maintenance.

The heater was not working in the room and it was 44 degrees outside the next morning. The water in the bathtub took a long time to drain, and I mean a long time. When I told this to the person at the check out counter the next morning, his English was very poor, I don't think he understood a word I was saying. We just left.

The towels and rags all had previous stains on them even though they were clean, and some of the rags were worn beyond keeping. The fitted sheet had would looked and felt to be dried paint on them. The water pressure in the shower was superb.

This was a rare RR location where the room entrances are on the inside like a hotel, not the outside like a motel. Pros: clean room and lobby, friendly front desk staff even at 1am when I was checking in, surprisingly comfy bed, and grassy areas well maintained. Cons: all the fixtures, carpets, etc. are old. Some of the carpets in the hallway were not vacuumed at the time I saw them. You're not going to get anything fancy. But like the Tide commercials say, "Style is an option; clean is not." You pay a low rate for this location, and you're not getting anything fancy, but you are getting a clean room with all fixtures and appliances functioning.
