"Overall I enjoyed my stay i was not able to partake in any amenities. Unfortunately breakfast on the weekend starts at 7am and I had an early flight. I do know it smelled delicious and I wished that they opened at 6 like during the week. I was very saddened by that considering that was one of my main reasons for choosing this place. My biggest purpose was the shuttle which we did utilize. And it was very clean and arrived early and on time. I appreciated that. Upon arrival the rooms were clean but freezing i had to adjust the temp as soon as i walked in. Felt like Antarctica lol glad the ac worked. But i needed heat. Overall I would stay again."

"My first stay, every single staff member was extremely nice and friendly. This time the night time staff on Friday and breakfast staff in the bar was not so helpful or attentive. I was so pleased to see familiar staff later on and all was well from there. The convenience in location of the hotel to everything is awesome. Place is clean and maintained"

"Long queue for check in, room was modern and nice however there was food left in the fridge from the previous guest and a used Elastoplast in the bin with old room cards. The communal areas also had rubbish on carpets for our entire stay. Nice toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were welcoming, friendly and professional. We stayed as visiting the State Farm Arena which is a 20 minute walk away."

"Paying to park was unexpected and just an extra money grab."

"The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was decent. The staff was as nice and helpful as they could be. However, the room door had dead batteries, and we could not get in after two remakes of keys. The additional $45-$55 parking fee was a very unpleasant surprise. This should have been warned about very clearly on the website where I booked the room. I feel like I was tricked, and because of this, I will not stay at this place again."

"Tried to get a drink on the roof top and was turned away by one person he seems to have a issue with the person I was with like it was personal he was not professional at all and I found out that the guy works for another company not with colee that made the experience bad because we had a room and just wanted to come up and get a drink I was asked if I had anything sharp in my purse that could stab someone why would I have that in my purse the couple behind us was not asked that I don’t know if I’ll be back after that"
