Overall this hotel was really nice with a cool vibe. I would suggest having more staff to run the restaurants. We waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged by someone to get a table at the main restaurant. And the same thing happened upstairs at the Tapas bar. Also Kimpton Shane needs a sign outside, there’s no way of even knowing where the hotel is. Uber drivers and myself had a hard time finding it.

It’s a new hotel, very updated and clean. We had a good experience until we realized the AC wasn’t working at 1am in our room. They did move us to a new room but really didn’t offer anything else for the inconvenience which surprised us based on other experiences we have had with Kimpton hotels.

This property was a great stay for Atlanta. It was near Piedmont park and within steps from a Marta station. The property was clean and modern, with a friendly staff

The staff was excellent, all departments. I told JZ the manager that the staff was excellent. Check in, Bell Hops, Valet, Bartender, restaurant staff, housekeeping.

It was a very cold night and heat was limited and hot water was not available at all during the stay. The restaurant closed early and room service was not available after 10. Very nice place, but they seemed short on staff and the weather did not do them any favors.
