Great staff, great food, had what I needed when I needed it. Great Access to the convention area across the highway and a lot of food and other options. Great price too considering others in area. Pretty walkable area too, surprisingly for Atlanta. No access to downtown though, Either have to drive or take car to MARTA. Only downside was how humid room was, everything felt a little damp when first getting in room... But either I got used to it or the AC/Heat system got it back under control.

Very limited choices in hotel restaurant. Very nice room, although pricey. Parking garage not attached to hotel (problem when raining) Liked having ice water in lobby Biggest problem is they billed me again when I already had been billed by Expedia. Still working that out. If it doesn’t work out, I will be back to negatively review this hotel.

The hotel was very quiet. Parking wasn’t convenient but price for parking was good. We like the breakfast. No buffet!!! Overall we would stay again.

The property is in a walkable community if you like to walk "Cumberland." Shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a minimalist- Modern concept. Similar to "True" hotels. Kool and comfortable. Breakfast and parking minimal fees. Staff were pleasant and the atmosphere gives a relaxed vibe. Best part, even though there is a Pool and Gym, our king room had work out ball, mat and mounted bar with variety of elastic bands, which i took advantage to work on my sore shoulder. Getting the bar for home, such a great idea. The bed put us to sleep. We had an early dinner, was in bed by 7ish slept until midnight, got up for a glass of water and went right back to sleep. Hubby probably slept non-stop for 12 hours, pillows just right. We felt great in the morning. Even hotels is on our list going forward.

Fitness equipment was provided in the room should you desire to exercise. The room was exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds. Easy to Uber to great restaurants.

Everything was super great at the property. Super clean, area is convenient, only downfall is no pool for the hot summer days. Only complaint is when we had dinner at the property one night the cake we order had mold fix growing on it.

Property and beds were great. They claim it’s 0.6 miles from Truist park but the walk was 1.3 miles. After the Braves game we walked back alone and it felt unsafe - grateful we didn’t run into trouble. Should have taken Uber back but those were $50.

One thing I didn’t like was the fact there was no microwave in the room. I couldn’t warm my food. But In general, I think it was really good. Very good place. I would have probably recommend this place if not having a microwave is not an issue.

I counted a double digit amount of bugs crawling over counter tops, night stands and the floor in my room. When I went to the front desk to get it taken care of the front desk people to move me rooms they refused and told me if I don’t like it I can get a different hotel. I asked to talk to a manager and the front desk personnel told me they don’t have their number and I wasn’t entitled to a refund because my issue was minor. I traveled from a different state and I couldn’t even leave my bags in my room just to prevent having to transport bugs back home from the hotel.

Parking for the property is not on sight. It is a a nearby (though not that close) bank. Hotel guests could only park on the 5th /6th level. Returning from an evening event. We had to walk through the dark parking garage at a neighboring bank and through a secluded parking lot to return to the property. I would have felt very unsafe had I been alone. In top of that- we had to pay to park there. No other option for parking nor the hotel provide any assistance to or from the parking garage. The following morning, the hotel cleaning staff had very loud conversations (yelling) down the hallway at each other starting at 8 am on Sunday morning. Banging on doors and around rooms when check out was not until 11 am.
