The room was great and the view was stellar! The gentleman who checked us in upon arrival was so helpful and kind. His knowledge of the area helped to insure we had a fantastic walking trip to both Colony Square and the Botanical Gardens. We really enjoyed our Christmas stay on the 23rd!

Second time staying here. We had a little issue with reservation at arrival that was fixed by the mgmt next day. Rooms are very clean and beds are soooo comfortable! I’m still trying to figure out how to sneak one out on my next stay 😜 Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and exactly what I expected. The valet service is quick and easy and having the ability to check in using the Hilton app and receiving a digital key, works perfectly for those traveling with young children.
