OK but needs improvement

Pros: Rooms were good size and clean, AC was working properly in the rooms.
Cons: Definitely improve the AC in the hallways and lobby.... educate your staff on good customer service.
Location: Lots to do in/near Atlantic City.....
Nice distance from the beach and rooms were very nice however some things could use improvement. Lobby and hallways were VERY hot.... no AC; I felt sorry for the personnel. Room was not cleaned until on the third day we asked for it to be done. We had to ask for fresh towels when we needed them. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired as did the attitudes of the workers for that area! Some things were stale and the pancake maker never did work properly. When guests complained, the workers there complained loudly about the guests being upset right in front of them. They were very rude... you should never complain about the guests within earshot. We understand that the machine not working properly is not your fault, however, simply hang a sign on it saying Out of Order if you don't want to hear people complain about it not working.

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were awesome. The only complain was that there wasn't enough soap or shampoo in the room. The breakfast staff (one person) was overwhelmed with the amount of people. Because of this she was rude. Overall a great stay.

Nice pool and location

I paid for a deluxe room and was told there is no deluxe room at check-in. That's false advertisement! Also during check in, (at 4:30) my room wasn't ready. I had to ask for a microwave twice! The pool is nice, and the hotel isn't too far from AC and stores.

It's about 12 minutes away from the Boardwalk and is a tad secluded, which is totally fine with me! They offer a nice pool, gym and very clean rooms with updated features! Staff was friendly and continental breakfast served its purpose.

Nice hotel a few minutes away from casinos Clean, in good condition, and they serve a nice continental breakfast. Only negative is they won't let you check in before 4pm. Would stay again.

The beds were too small. Bathroom was dirty for a deluxe room. Asked for extra pillows and was assured they will send it, but it never came. Breakfast was cold and the things that were getting over were not being restocked soon.

Very Sub-Par stay

This was not a good stay. The bed was hard front desk not helpful.Our phone in the room did not work neither did our lamp or clock radio
