We loved our stay everything was wonderful. Communication, instructions on everything. Plenty of room and extras. My kids loved the UNO game we played it several times. When we needed assistance they were very quick to get back to us and brought extra towels and a roll away bed at 9:00 at night. Would book again.

Enjoyed our stay, it’s a little different than traditional hotels as there’s no face to face communication at check in, which is nice in most aspects and different in others. But we enjoyed our stay all the same

No cooktop in room. Needed to get the hot plate from front desk

Really enjoyed the proximity to Graceland, daily shuttles and lay out of the room. We used the pool and hung out by the pool at night. The complimentary PB&J sandwiches and choc milk were a sweet gesture. Self parking was super easy which I appreciated. It’s essentially in the same lot as the valet but a few rows away. Super easy to come in and out. Evening entertainment was wonderful. Food was good on property. My only complaint was service was incredibly slow. I don’t normally mind when service is slow but it was extremely slow. Took 15 minutes to be greeted once we were seated, took forever to get drinks, put our orders in, etc. waited at least 15 minutes to pay the bill too. Outside of service at a restaurant we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back again!

Great hotel and close to everything. Specially Beal street. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff excellent Service 10 Location 10
