“職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。”

“This was a magical stay in a beautiful historical building. Its not central, which we preferred, but very easy to get into the main areas and the airport. It was on a busy road, again not concerning. What was amazing were the staff and all their many small kindnesses, such as hand written notes, helpful suggestions and remembering names and preferences. Faultless. Further the beds were super comfy and the breakfasts fabulous. We will be returning. ”

“房間的狀況良好，也提供了提早入房間的服務，這部分非常感謝。覺得奇怪的是，這個飯店對續租的房客的政策很奇怪，感覺到不友善，如果只住一天，就不會有奇怪的感覺，如果只住一天是感覺良好的。續住的時候感覺奇怪的是，房間有提供一瓶水，第二天續住就沒有了，再來房間有提供咖啡機，第一天有提供咖啡膠囊，第二天也沒有了。另外第二天打掃也沒有更換浴巾。詢問櫃檯，他們的回覆是只有招待第一天，第二天都要開始付費。”
