Great location close to 2 different metro lines. Easy access from airpoirt. Lots of different restaurants in area. Major high end mall is 10 min walk. Breakfast not included but was good. Staff were great. No iron in room. Garbage collection woke me up 2 different nights, but that might depend on side of hotel and room location.

Location was great, near Metro, coffee shops, grocery store, lunch place, and museum, and a good restaurant. Staff very helpful, room comfortable, could use more charging outlets (2 per person would be ideal). Would stay there again!

Staff were very friendly and willing to help at all times. The fire alarm went off early in the morning, the false alarm was dealt within ten minutes. Room was cleaned but on one occasion the coffee cups were not taken away and fresh ones replaced. I had to ask for herbal teas because again they were not replenished on one occasion. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

I had the most amazing time. Everything was super clean and the staff very nice. Super close to the metro and a supermarket with tons of options for dining. Be sure to include the breakfast option with your booking as it was awesome. I would definitely recommend and will stay here on my next trip to Lisbon.
