The hotel and staff are great. The hotel is very centrally located with excellent walk ability. Anna at guest services is a font of knowledge and very helpful. We got massages at the spa and they were terrific. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be returning.

Centrally located. Arrived to a bottle of bubbly & chocolate coated strawberries in room. Staff are courteous & nothing was too much trouble. Complementary ice-cream, snacks (including midnight snacks) available 24/7 (mini bar in room has complementary drinks that were topped up daily. Restaurant was excellent .Nice gesture of a free 20 minutes massage (extended mine to 1 hour)
