Arrived January 20 for a week. It was conveniently located, making it walkable to all areas. The room was spotless. Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. They always had their famous little tarts in the lobby with fruit water. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Great location, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel staff was very attentive and provided great customer service. The hotel has a waiting area where there is permanently fresh coffee and tea making facilities for the guests to help themselves to. In the room, the extras such as travel adaptors and several water bottles free of charge in the minibar, made the stay so much more comfortable.

The room we booked was excellent, the location for proximity to everything was perfect
The down side was it was very noisy at night
Maybe the property should invest in sound proof or better quality windows to drown out some of the noise from the late bars and clubs

Great location for a quiet and peaceful stay, away from busy areas but still close to attractions like Parque Eduardo VII. Easy access to everything. Rooms are comfortable, and while the hotel isn’t modern, it has a nice classic Lisbon charm. Friendly and welcoming staff.
