“I usually stay in hotels with just the room but staying here has changed my mind. The apartment was spacious, clean had a great view of the Sq and is everything and better than I could have asked for. Beautiful building central location to everywhere with metro, buses and trams all nearby. Shops and restaurants all araound you. Thankyou to the team for excellent communication throughout the whole stay. I would gladly recommend and would definitely co e back here if I was in Lisbon again. ”

“This was our third (lengthy stay, 16 nights) at Avenida Palace. Everything and everyone from check in to check out was outstanding. Our 6th floor room overlooking the street was amazing….spacious, comfortable, considerable storage space, good size vanity and bathroom. Housekeeping and turn down service was always prompt, courteous, and immaculate. The breakfast buffet was overflowing with fresh fruit, breads, eggs, meats, pastries, juices, coffee, and pots of tea. Breakfast staff were warm……

“Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”

“This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. Last but not least, their honesty bar is so good. ”

“Fantastic stay at Ridan apartments, apartment was lovely, 2 bedroom, clean and spacious. Great location. The only draw back was the noise from the street and area from the music which went on until just after midnight. Would definitely stay again. ”
