Buena relacion calidad precio
El hotel es elegante y bonito con habitaciones muy confortables y limpias. Sin embargo nos ubicaron en una planta secundaria y posterior a la principal en un segundo piso y no había ascensor. Tampoco nos gustó el hecho de ser el único hotel de nuestro viaje que nos dieron una bolsita para el desayuno alegando el problema del covid.

Es un hotel bien ubicado en augusta las habitación son un poco antiguas pero amplias y bien. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel y repetiria Al ser de 1 planta aparcas el coche enfrente de tu habitación. El desayuno muy mediocre. Pero si recomendaría este hotel

The spa is lovely and a lot of fun and relaxation for young and old alike. The spa staff are super friendly. The restaurant servevs very delicious breakfast znd lunch.

We wnjoyed the stay. The room was clean and it was nice and quiet. Our room had a door to the outside and a door to the inner hall way. The spa was geeat. They have a very nice pool that doesn't wreak of clorine. We would definitely stay there again.

Sink in our sitting room leaked , furniture was really worn, our beds were "Uncomfortable", fire place was barely warm when turned on. Staff had to replace the stopper in our bath tub.

Nice hotel, friendly staff
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was a little more dated than it appeared online but was clean and comfortable. Most everything was closed because it was Christmas. The restaurant staff was very nice, food was ok, decent prices.

A night away
The hotel was okay. I expected more just because it was a spa as well. Just like a comfort inn. Blow dryer didn't work. Needs to be updated. Did like the cute table and chairs outside the door.

The property had a beautiful spa on site, starbucks across the road, excellent customer service, delicious breakfast and lunch. Parking drive up to my room and small business centre. Unfortunate that the restaurant is no longer open for dinner. I would stay there again.

1st stay ok will return to utilize more.
There was a lot going on so it was loud with many teens running the halls. Staff was polite but also seemed overwhelmed. Room should of been cleaner and items needed upgrading. All in all it was what we needed with a good price and many additional options that we did not take advantage of. I would go back and try it again, utilizing some of the things i did not before.

Complete disappointment.
There was only 1 employee on during check-in on a Saturday evening and the hotel was completely booked. So there was a long line when we arrived and it took a long time to get checked in. The employee was pleasant and worked efficiently but there were just too many checkins for 1 person. Their queen beds are small. They refused to give us a rollaway bed. The room was clean but it badly needs repairs. The pillow was comfortable, the sheets were nice, but the bedding was thin. This is Maine in the fall, thicker blankets are necessary. We wont be staying here again. For the money we spent, there were several other options and next time we'll try one of them.

We have stayed here many times over the years - this time we were disappointed to find the restaurant not open for the evening meal -- that the rooms were not cleaned daily and yet a tip envelope was left on the the desk (FOR WHAT) and that the only massage slot open was only 60 minutes and 90 minutes was not available -- On a positive the front doors were locked when we got there due to the shelter in place caused by the shooting in Lewiston and that many other security measures were being taken .. We do understand that the lack of people willing to work is effecting guest services everywhere..
