“First of all we were told to arrive at Hotel Flora by Paulo to check in and then be transported to the room. No one at Hotel knew of Paulo and told us we couldn’t park there. I called Paulo and got a guy named Danielle. He came to Hotel Flora in a golf cart to get us and our luggage. I followed him in our rental car to free parking because I asked for it and he did help me park the car. When we got at Hotel National Dependance we paid for the room and then given a set of keys to a room……
