Beautiful room and great view. Saw one of the best sunsets! It’s up in the mountains which can be a little hard to get to if booking taxis but the hotel had a taxi which took me where I need to go so very convenient

I had an amazing stay at this establishment at this establishment. It was everything I could ask for thank you so much for the hospitality. I highly recommend staying here if you are staying in Ku Sumi !

In summary, disappointing. A stunning hotel that could easily have received 5 stars. But with a lack of understanding of hospitality and poor customer service, they don't even deserve 1 star. The breakfast is good, fresh and delicious, but the area is tiny, which is not always pleasant to take food and there is no room for all guests, so they have to wait or sit in the sun without shade. The worst was the pool area, where it turns out you are not allowed to bring your own water, drinks or food and you are required to purchase everything from the restaurant at the pool. The highlight was that there are luxurious seating areas with sofas or a view of the sea and the pool, but they have a minimum fee of 5,000-8,000 baht per table. I have never encountered a hotel that on the one hand advertises the hotel's facilities on its website and boasts about them, and on the other hand requires the customer to pay if they use them. The few free places in the pool are very few and in a back location and single chairs, usually without shade. In conclusion, it's a real disappointment to give such an expensive and luxurious hotel 1 star, but they brought it on themselves by trying to combine a hotel with a beach club - a combination that didn't work out so well.
