“We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The cottage was just the perfect size and had all the amenities that you needed including a full kitchen. The hosts, Vicki and Blake, were super nice and quick to respond to our needs. The beach was only a couple blocks away which made it convenient and driving on the beach in our Jeep was a blast. Wildlife to include wild horses and deer are everywhere, even had a couple of black horses visit the cottage grounds. I highly recommend choosing this……

“Property location to Virginia Beach was great! Like a 10 minute drive. While small, its nice having a full size refrigerator, oven, and small kitchen which you wouldn't get with a hotel room. The one drawback is a lack of outlets in the bedroom by the bed. If you use a CPAP machine like I do, and then two people wish to charge their phones overnight by the bed, bring a small powerstrip for extended outlets. “We thoroughly enjoyed 3-day Independence Day holiday on Sandbridge Beach. The check-in process was effortless and Roger was very prompt in answering questions before and throughout our stay. “This house made us into diehard Carova beach fans and I cant imagine wanting to go anywhere else in the world besides there, including this particular home. EXACTLY like the pictures, but better. All outdoor areas were amazing, decorated impeccably with seating areas and absolutely breathtaking views. From the adorable surfboard seating area on the 1st floor, to the hammock swing i never wanted to leave on the 2nd, to the screened in porch and open air area on the third, to the amazing crows……

“The beach house is located a short walk off the beach in a semi secluded area with trees on left aide and 2 other homes on roght side of house and trees behind. The tree house and zip line were great. The house was clean. It does need some dishes gone through and added and or changed. The beds were firm but comfortable. The water did smell but that is to be expected with well water. All in all the house was great with an occassional horse sighting near by. ”

“We arrived at the 4 pm check-in time to a house that was not cleaned following the previous guests stay. Even the toilet was clogged. Management company called Brindley Beach said the cleaning company truck broke down but nobody called to let us know. We had to wait into the night for the house to be cleaned. They also said the horse manure at the front door was not their problem. Great house but the management company was terrible! ”

“This was our first time to Corolla Beach and driving on the beach. We didn’t know what to expect with airing down and finding the house! If you're looking for a place to be near the ocean with family and friends, I highly recommend it.The property manager, Cathy, is awesome. Beach houses invariably have issues and quirks. Well, we had an issue with an AC unit and Cathy was corresponding with us at 10pm to help and she had a technician out to fix the unit first thing the next morning.
