Water in the shower cane out brown. The pipes were leaking and called to get them fixed they did fix them but they just left the mess therw kinda nasty

Great neighborhood. Very up to date accommodations. Very helpful check in staff.

Room is rundown with mold in the corners of the living room and bathroom. At check-in I was not given any information about WiFi or where to find ice, etc. even though I mentioned I was not a Hyatt member (therefore don't know all of these things like some regular members might). I picked this place because it had a restaurant/bar inside and I knew I would have some downtime without access to a car, but the restaurant is not open so I felt that was misleading that it is advertised as open (not referring to breakfast which I did not partake in), I am referring to no access to food or drinks at the bar/restaurant outside of breakfast.

Everything was great.
