We really enjoyed our stay at the Oak Tree Hotel. The location is excellent. The staff and and amenities are exceptional. We do plan on staying again.

If this condo was available for purchase, I’d buy it!

Positive and hard working staff.

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent stay. The room had a great view, and I understand that the nearby construction is temporary, but it did affect the overall atmosphere a bit. Unfortunately, the room itself had a sewage-like odor, and there was a puddle of water on the carpet. It seemed like there might have been a plumbing issue, as the toilet also didn’t flush properly and often required several attempts. In terms of service, Chris, the bartender at the main pool, didn’t seem particularly friendly during our visit. The team at the Hut by the beach, however, had much better energy and made for a more enjoyable experience. I’m not sure if Chris was just overwhelmed by the crowd that day, but I wanted to share that feedback as well. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.
