It was central to a few day trips but we also just enjoyed being together and hanging out in the water( especially our 3 year old grandson- he said the water was his favorite part if the trip). "Property is as pictured with peaceful location downtown with access to shops, restaurants, activities, etc. It's connected to the Green Fountain Inn with great staff and food, ask about the Thursday ramen special when you book. Quaint cottage in great location."
