Great stay with this hotel even for the weekend! The room was well maintained, and the hotel lobby was clean and comfortable. They had a couple games in the lobby, and the pool area was clean. The breakfast was very good and filling. I was very satisfied with my stay at this location! Highly recommend.

The room was clean, and maintained. We did have problems signing on to the internet. One got in, and one didn’t. 🤔. Breakfast was okay. Not much selection. If you chose oatmeal, there wasn’t any toppings. ex. Nuts, raisins, brown sugar.). The hot eggs were very runny. The meat was iffy. The coffee was good. They also provided hot chocolate.

Staff was kind and very helpful. The first room they gave us was very musty and smelled like dogs. They swapped our rooms no questions asked. It was a nice stay, and very affordable. The whole hotel needs a good upgrade though.

The sauna was a nice surprise and the pool and hot tub were both open (unlike those in many hotels). It's an older place but very well maintained and we were quite impressed. We'll definitely use it whenever we visit Steven's Point in the future.

Pool area needs maintenance and to be cleaned. Didn’t use the hot tub because it looked like sand on the bottom. Trash on the floor in the pool area. Dirty towels left in the sauna. Workout equipment in poor condition and did not work. Water bottles stored in workout room taking up a bit of floor space. Breakfast did not look good, there was an oatmeal container that was open and just left in the basket not sure for how long. Room cleanliness was ok but the rest of the property needs maintenance and to be cleaned better.

Our room was full of tiny flying gnats. We couldn't eat with them all over the place. It wasn't very pleasant. The hot tub and pool was awesome the first day we got there but at 9am the next morning the hot tub was cold. After the concert we went to and came back to our room that's when we were hit in the face with the tiny bugs.the breakfast was good.thw lady that helped me was very sweet. I'm not sure if we will be staying there again.😐
