Air conditioning was completely broken in most hotel rooms. DO CHECK WITH HOTEL IF AIR CONDITIONING IS WORKING AGAIN BEFORE HEADING OVER. Hotel claimed the system was broken down due to the heat wave but did not bother to inform guests in advance. Hotel staff said air conditioning was not working since Monday but did not inform any guests prior to our check in on Saturday. Ended up having to find alternative accommodation but it was too late and had to survive the first night in a room with no air conditioning at 35 degrees. Hotel did move me to another sister hotel on Day 2 but Day 1 was unbearable. There was also no duty manager or any sort during the night and staff said there is unfortunately no one with decision making power over the weekend because the director only works on weekday. Cannot reach reception by call either, the line never goes through. Totally does not live up to the 5-star level, seriously think it is at most a 4-star hotel.

"Un bel établissement, propre mais très peu de signalisation sur la route. Le pire, arrivée samedi 18/07 à 18h, je gare mon véhicule puis me dirige à l'accueil, la porte est ouverte mais personne , je sonne, mais je vois que sur le comptoir il y a un message qu'il n'y a personne pour accueillir les ..."
