Rooms were very clean, decently sized and located in a beautiful area but nearly an hour drive from the main section of Acadia National Park. Breakfast was acceptable but fairly limited. Property had a small hot tub and small sauna but both were only usable for possibly four people at a time so amenities were limited. Stairs up to the rooms did not appear to be in code and were steep so difficult to get the luggage up the stairs.

The location of this home is very misleading. Although if you search the exact location, you will find it’s in/near the forest but looking at the pics posted you would think it was near the beach and it is not. I could overlook that if the home was stocked with everything needed and beds were comfortable but that was not the case. We were given 5 bath towels for 4 people for 4days, 1 dish cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 dirty sponge with no washer or dryer and no dishwasher. Extra towels were dropped off once we called the owner but we didn’t ask for toilet paper and ran out of that as well. It just seemed like the bare minimum was done to make us comfortable. If you stay here just know you need to bring your own supplies unless you want to spend your vacation on the phone with the owners.
