The hot tub wasn't working, and the community spaces (hallways, etc) had visible trash for a couple days, but our stay was very cozy and pleasant overall. We loved the view to the open area and trees in the back. It felt very tucked back and homey. We will stay here again if we need an overnight in Quincy.

Very basic but clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room didn't have a hair dryer and our family members room was missing the luggage rack. Overall definitely met our needs for a short overnight stay.

Owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Told me about local places to and even remember my name when I went down to get another pillow. Room was clean and spacious. The only possible negative is you hear the trains going by but for me that was just added ambiance.
