Not all of the comforts
Nice little B&B, delicious and ample breakfasts. A lot of age to deal with, from the sticky door lock to the toilet that constantly ran unless you jiggled the handle quite a bit. The bed was terribly uncomfortable so neither of us slept well.

I had never stayed in a bed and breakfast prior to this time and it was just right. Although it appeared to be too far out in terms of distance, it became as a "respite" as my event progressed. The preparations for my stay were in place and I could feel the welcome. I wished that I could have taken in the beauty of the surrounding beauty. I will definitely consider this location in the future.

We had a great experience at Grand Victorian B&B. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxed, beautifully decorated, and there were wonderful accommodations!! Breakfast was above and beyond delicious and sufficient. We could not have stayed at a better place. Located perfectly to walk into town for shopping and eating. We would definitely stay at this great get away again!! Thank you so much for making our vacation wonderful.

The house was immaculate and the rooms were AMAZING.. we had a clawfoot tub in the blossom room... the breakfast was homemade bread french toast wothwalnuts n carmel drizzel and a egg quiche with a yogurt parfee. The oj was fresh squeezed and the coffee was french pressed..WHAT A GREAT STAY...10STARS

Lack of hot water required taking a cold shower.Dust bunnies on back of bathroom faucet. Noise level of street traffic in late hours was excessively high due to teenagers running 4- wheelers up and down street for close to two hours after midnight.

Very well kept home with a. Very convincing Victorian flavor. For our age the steps in and around the house were a challenge, but we knew that steps are involved in Victorian homes. The interior was very impressive.

There was nothing we didn't like . Innkeeper treated us like family , room was beautiful , bed was not only antique but very comfortable , breakfast was great . Outshined our expiations . We will be back

The TV control didn't work at all the whole time. Attempted to contact owner but phone mailbox full so texted him. He told the lovely girl who runs the place that one was ordered (new control) - why didn't they tell us that upfront?? Poor communication.

The rooms were very nice. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom in Queen Anne was very small. Breakfasts were delicious.

Wonderful!
I was given accommodations to check-in early due to a wedding I was attending in the area. I was astonished at the sight of the house, it is definitely an eye-catching feature in Bellaire! I was admiring all the woodwork, the decor, and the intricate details throughout the home and within my room. Very comfortable and welcoming, breakfast was very nice and came with a little history lesson about the house. It is interesting to know the thought and care behind the home! I greatly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the future. I made my mom very jealous when I sent her pictures of my room.

Amazing!
Beautiful! The home was gorgeous and clean and perfectly represents the vintage charm! Food and coffee was DELICIOUS! Our room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Did not hear any other guests until breakfast where we all dined together and had a wonderful time! Town is adorable too, short walking distance to bars, resturants and live music. Wonderful weekend!

We were told that if we arrived after 5pm, our key would be on a table by the front door. When we arrived, the key was not there and no one answered our repeated calls. We ended up having to find somewhere else to stay. They have still not responded to us.

The Inn Keeper was super nice, made chocolate chip cookies for us every night. The breakfasts were amazing. The Inn was incredibly beautiful and homey. The town had great places to eat and shop. Just an amazing experience all together. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a beautiful B&B in the Charlevoix, MI. I googled my desire and I was directed to the Cadillac of B&B’s. I was looking for the special place to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary with my beautiful, darling wife.It was a God given beyond my expectation find and we were served personally by the relatively new owner withgrace,humility and excited input of research about the history of this 1895 authentically beautifully preserved both outside and inside wonder of Bed and Breakfasts. We had a great celebration, rich memories and a desire to return but above all to share this find with relatives, friends and anyone who may be looking for such a place or who is willing to listen.

Best Bed & Breakfast
This was without a doubt the best Bed & Breakfast we have ever stayed in! The Victorian home is so beautiful and the innkeepers make you feel at home as they are so warm and friendly. The breakfast spread is delicious and you won't need lunch. Wonderful cookies are placed in your room each evening. This is an experience you don't want to miss!

This is the most beautiful B&B I have ever been to. The rooms were fabulous. We stayed in the balcony room. We were served a pot of coffee and the paper at 7:15 and had our coffee out on the balcony...wonderful! Delicious breakfast and 2 of the nicest people you ever want to meet as innkeepers! Oh--dinnner at Lulu's was outstanding!!!
