Clean. Eco friendly. Nice bathroom. Good size room. Amenities fee $42/day for services we did not use. Parking $69 $9 parking tax. These high fees are why it wasn’t given the highest rating. Valet service was good though.

Potential guests should be aware of the very steep streets surrounding the hotel. I didn't mind it, but visitors driving who are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with SF's hilly streets might have trouble driving around there, and less physically fit people might have trouble walking to a restaurant etc even down the street.

The hotel itself was awesome. Friendly service and clean, great bar with live music! Some streets nearby the hotel aren't the most comfortable to walk around in but that's most places downtown now.
