Cottage in Berea with kitchen and fireplace
Are you delighted by farm life? Our farm is home to over a dozen animals including horses, goats, chickens, and dogs. Guests are welcome to interact with our animals at your comfort level. Come stay in our Rose Suite and enjoy our largest accommodation, which comfortably sleeps four. The cottage style suite offers guests privacy, with a full kitchen, dining area, living room (with pullout sofa), separate bedroom and bathroom. There is a private entry and free parking. Guests can relax on the patio outside their suite and enjoy the fire pit overlooking the front horse pasture.

Guests are invited to enjoy our beautiful outdoor spaces while visiting the ranch. The gardens, wild flowers, and gorgeous tree-lined hills will be a feast for your eyes in the spring, summer and fall. Winter holds its own magic when the ranch glistens in the snow. Explore the property where you can enjoy a fishing pond, peddle boat, and creek.

Begin your day with complimentary farm fresh eggs from our hens, or enjoy freshly baked muffins and fruit in the Gallery Lounge.

Wind down in the evening listening to the sounds of bluegrass country while enjoying complimentary evening Bourbon.
Enjoy a treat from our on-site bakery, Doloosh Desserts. Order your made-to-order bakery items in advance and we’ll have them waiting for you upon arrival. Don’t forget to grab a pint of homemade ice cream.


Guest Amenities (on the property):
There is a fishing pond, pedal boat, dock (with fire pit) and creek on property. An outdoor patio sits right outside your door, with a fire pit, gas grill and seating area. We are proudly pet friendly and have a private fenced in dog park. Ask us about our free dog-walking services. Guests traveling with horses are welcome to use the barn and pastures (Horses stay free).
There is plenty of parking available outside your private entrance.

We are excited to be adding new amenities for 2023. The upstairs area of our barn will feature a fitness center and sauna, mini-theater, and billiards/game room. These projects are underway and will be ready for reservations booked beyond Spring, 2023

Lovely barn cottage
They thought of everything. From sipping Whiskey to fresh eggs and cream in the fridge, Cozy place to rest on our trip from Florida to Michigan. I'm sure we will stay again next year if available!

Great place for couples who want a quiet place to relax in the country. A plus if you like horses and goats! You can get to interact with them as much or little as you want! Found out they loved the baby carrots i brought for them. 🥰

Anniversary Getaway
We enjoyed spending time with the horses. Dogs enjoyed the open space as well. Went to the greatest place on earth……….Buc ees. Highly recommend if you’ve never been. We also spent some time in Versailles and also Kentucky Horse Park. Overall, a very nice stay.
