“The cottage was perfect for our vacation. The pier was nice to seat out on and have a day or lay out and get some sun. It was quiet and cozy. I would recommend it to anyone. The house had pretty everything you needed.I would recommend Two trees tavern not that far from the cottage for good food and very friendly people!”

“This was such a great property for our family! The variety of available water craft (kayaks, SUP, floats) was amazing. Being on a little cove off the main lake meant that we didn’t have to deal with a ton of noise and wake from boats. The house had everything we needed for a week away. We can’t wait to come back again next summer! ”

“We lived our Etsy in this charming cottage. The owners/managers were so communicative and helpful. Such a professional operation. The cottage was beautiful and clean and had all the extras we could want. Our only suggestion may be to run a portable dehumidifier because the older cottage wasn’t insulated. It cooled down well but was a touch humid and therefore a touch musty. Not a big problem at all. Thanks so much for a great stay!”

The cottage is close to uptown and 74, and is the perfect size for two people! “Owner was communicative from the time I booked the property throught the entire process. Anytime i had questions, he responded promptly and was extremely helpful. Cute house with a lovely backyard space that our dog enjoyed very much. We were very comfortable in the house. Absolutely recommend and would stay there again if we head back to that area.”

“What a great spot. Photos don’t do it justice. Open floor plan on first floor, whole place tidy and comfortable. Such a private and relaxing view above the lake, from two different levels, the patio, and then the large upper deck. We saw turtles, heron, fireflies, and the fish were jumping. There’s a covered portion of the dock with a picnic table, and a separate floating dock with a swim ladder. Jumping in the lake is recommended!”

“We had an amazing time. Home just as descried. We spent the days on the dock, swimming, fishing, just sitting a talking. We watched fireworks light up the night from the dock. The house was big enough for the 9 of us. The screened porch was a great place to relax. The view was incredible. The location was great. Close to stores. We ate at Sweet Waters. Food and service were on point. ”
