“I recently stayed at the University Inn in Boiling Springs, NC and it was a great experience. It seemed to be an older hotel but he rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. “The room was mostly clean, but housekeeping should pay more attention to things such as, molded shower heads ( we used two different rooms and both were the same, my husband cleaned them), questionable things on the bathroom walls, there should be no leftover hair in the tub. Beds were clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was pretty quiet. They use a kiosk to check in after a certain time.”

“Love that breakfast was served until 1000. I am not an early riser so this worked out perfect for me. I also loved that each day there was a different choice of foods to choose from. I am allergic to a lot of foods and this was especially helpful to me. The front end associates were very nice and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.”
