Find Hotels on the River in Bethany Beach, DE

We went to this Bethany Ocean Suites as a last minute fall weekend jaunt. It overmet out expectations. Our suite overrlooked the ocean, it was large and well set up. The hotel lobby was very nice as was the friday night music in the bar. The breakfast was okay, not great. The access to the beach fabulous. Size of the suite would be good for a familly with young kids, a couple or a weekend with a friend or two.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

Beautiful hotel a block from the beach. Easy, free parking on premises. Wonderful staff. Nice bar and bartender Travis was great. Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee/breakfast. Beautiful sandy beach to walk for miles. Went off season at an absolute steal! Would highly recommend

A nice, clean and comfortable hotel located close to the beach and lots of opportunities for eating, drinking, or having fun.

I had a complaint in regards of the service and supplies provided. I did travel with my Pet and understand is hard for the room service to come in when the pet is inside the room, but when we will leave the dirty towels out there were no replacements left, and we had to keep calling the front for new towels and the front staff were not always helpful.

This property is outstanding for two basic reasons: location---the beachfront views are unbeatable (the ground floors may not have a view, it should be noted). Also, the staff were phenomenal. It seems that they are especially trained to be personable, interested, and thoughtful. Truly impressive 5 star quality of service. The only thing that is unfortunate are our friends who require elevators. The hotel doesn't have elevators for the rooms with great views.

Always a great stay! Love the adult wine and cheese from 5pm-6pm and the nice breakfast. They play great music and are in a perfect location in the heart of Rehoboth Beach! The beds and pillows are comfy and love the balconies off many rooms!

Welcoming staff. You could smell the cleanliness when you walked in the front door. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Clean rooms (& I’m hard to impress in that department) with the exception of a couple of spots on the ceiling that I’m pretty sure could be easily cleaned off. I won’t say what it appeared to be, but they need to clean it off. Pool is NOT heated, just FYI. I only like heated pools, but the rest of the family enjoyed it. Very clean, nice bay view, friendly staff, free breakfast was ok although there was never any chicken sausage served for non-pork lovers as I read in many reviews. Only complaint is that the indoor pool water wasn't clear & looked thick & murky.

Great Winter stay in perfect location!

Location is everything.

This is the only hotel we stay when in Ocean City. We had not visited for three years because of CoVID shut down, but it sur felt good to be back. Would highly recommend.

Love how doggy friendly this place was. So clean and great staff

Absolutely no complaints about our stay. Allowed an early time to check in and a hour late check out. Quiet place right on the boardwalk far enough away from public parking that it wasn’t crowded. If there is any complaint it would be minimum parking to where the overflow parking gets completely full that we were lucky to even get a spot in there. I wouldn’t even call that a complaint, just find your spot and that’s that. Balcony was spacious for us to play card games late night with 6-8 people....
