“The condo was very nice and the resort area was beautiful! The only complaint is the lack of rugs. It was cold when we were there and a few area rugs would have helped to make it cozier.”

“The condo was very clean and there was a few items left to get us started so we didn’t have to rush to the store after a long travel. The view was absolutely beautiful. The area was nice to walk around and enjoy the scenery. My guys enjoyed a couple days at the golf course while my daughters lounged by the pool reading and enjoying each others company. Lots of great places to eat. The Baxter restaurant was top notch. Thank you for a wonderful fun filled family vacation”

“The lovely ocean views are the highlight of this relaxing condo. The large windows in the living area and sliding patio doors off the dining area allow you to enjoy the beautiful setting throughout the main floor. Even though it is a ground floor unit, you can still see the ocean waves across the dunes. The patio feels very private and we enjoyed watching the bunnies, birds and even an armadillo as we took in the beach views and the sunrises each morning were spectacular! As the listing……

“We had a great 10-day stay at Nicole's condo in Amelia Landing. Check-in, check-out and stay instructions on the property were very well communicated. The property was clean, well maintained and had several recent upgrades. The screened porch was a great plus and we were comfortable with all features of the property. The complex pool was very nice, clean and well-maintained. We plan to book again in 2027.”

“Really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean. the kitchen was well stocked with amenities such as coffee and filters even olive oil. However the lighting in the condo was barely adequate especially in one of the bedrooms.Pools are nice and clean but really not big enough for the number of guests.Apparently gate clickers have been done away with but that was not noted anywhere. Accessing the resort gate therefore was quite a hassle.Breezeway lights apparently do not work which made for some……
