The Host was very gracious and helpful The apartment was very clean. All rooms were air conditioned. The apartment also had a balcony Which was excellent. The next time I’m in Kumasi I will stay here again.

My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice. Eunice is truly a gem. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she remained just as attentive — always ready to assist, always cheerful, and always going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy. Her delightful personality paired with exceptional customer service made a remarkable difference. It’s rare to come across someone who blends friendliness, competence, and hospitality so effortlessly. Eunice is, without a doubt, one of the biggest assets to Macoba Apartments. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable — but the service I received, especially from Eunice, is what will make me return and recommend Macoba Apartments to anyone visiting Kumasi.

First staff were great, especially Edmond! Very good stay…pool was a little rough but that didn’t take away from the experience! Thank you!
