“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“1- Upon entering the assigned room, broken glass was found near the bed, presenting an immediate safety hazard specially we have kids. 2- The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and signs of inadequate maintenance. 3-The initial assigned room was unsuitable and did not match standard accommodation conditions. 4-The swimming pool area was unsanitary, with debris present and conditions inconsistent with safe use. 5- Following pool use, my child developed an acute skin reaction……
