“The staff were all very friendly. And the grounds and rooms are well kept. The rooms are stocked with everything you need. If I am being picky I found the floors to be a bit dirty and the bathroom could use some updating. The tub felt like it was moving when you stood in it. We were there this past week so summer, the pool was great as we had it almost to ourselves. I would worry if I was there in peak season that the pool would feel too small for the number of places. But overall the location……

“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……
