“Had an amazing experience at the premises. Spent 2 nights to decompress over the holidays and Bri made our stay so amazing. From the ease of texting to get anything you need for accomodations, to the walka ability to downtown Palm Springs that's literally over the black door. One issue we had was the amount of little caterpillars that stayed their welcome. “I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……
