"Was not able to make it to the location due to ice on roads leading up to the nest. Unfortunately nothing was mentioned when booking the location that you needed snow chains to access the location. Our truck slid backwards on black ice in 4x4 and ended not being able to make it. We called the nest and they said they would be more than willing to refund but to contact Expedia to get it. "I flew into town for knee surgery and was on crutches in bad weather. The manager kindly allowed me to park in front so I didn’t have to cross the road, which I really appreciated. When I was checking out, I cut my finger and asked for a Band-Aid. Seeing that I was on crutches, the front desk lady took the time to put it on for me. It was thoughtful, unexpected, and genuinely kind. Every time I’ve stayed here, the staff has gone above and beyond my expectations. I am not sure I would stay anywhere else. "
