“My Memorial Day stay at this property ended with a serious injury and an extremely disappointing response from management.During a heavy rain, I slipped and fell down the exterior staircase. The staircase consisted of seven wooden steps. The lower six steps had anti slip strips installed, while the top step where I lost my footing did not. The stairs were rain soaked and extremely slippery.The fall resulted in a concussion, a large hematoma, extensive bruising, back and hip injuries, severe arm……

“The cottage was the perfect size for our group of 4. The location is beautiful and was ideal for the sites we wanted to visit. Every morning there was wildlife right outside the windows, a fox the first morning, multiple deer the second and a wild turkey the third. The cottage is fully equipped, although we choose not to cook but to support local businesses, which were all very good. The only negative is that the cottage has a musty smell which spraying air freshener only masks for a short……

“The property was perfect for what we needed. It is a smaller cabin, but extremely clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. The host was very pleasant with every communication. He.was accommodating and response was very timely. We have already told numerous friends about it. I have ONLY one negative...no Keurig”
