“Es un lugar con instalaciones sencillas pero suficiente para disfrutar la playa y sus alrededores, no hay lujo pero se compensa con una increíble tranquilidad ”

“Fint ophold. Desværre løb der vand ned fra luftet (overboens vand fra bruseren). De kunne ikke fixe problemet, men tilbød os at gøre andet værelse. Den ene receptionist var ikke særlig smilende eller imødekommende efter problemet med vandet.”

“A fuir.... Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet établissement : -Aucun nettoyage dans les chambres ( poulet , plastique....en dessous des lits) -Il faut reclamer pour obtenir de l eau et de l Électricité -le groupe electrogene peut fonctionner jusqu a 4 heure du matin -probleme de communication / ils ont voulu nous faire payer 2x - le petit déjeuner (inclu) n est jamais arrivé Point positif : face a la mer L établissement est toujours en travaux.... ”

“The resort is beautiful. The beach and water are beautiful too. Great service, beautiful view from my room. Highly recommended. Cons? It’s Cartagena, it means happiness, music, warmth people, smiles. I know it’s a French hotel, but hello, the hotel is in Colombia. Tourists want to feel their culture. Employees are too serious and saying madame all the time sounds ridiculous. Not their fault, obviously it’s what they need to do. Music (of course only from the hotel) at the beach would give a nice……

“Great place to get get away from crowds.”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt als sehr schön, ruhig und erholsam empfunden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser checkin wurde von einem männlichen Mitarbeiter erledigt. Außerdem war der nette Mitarbeiter unser Barkeeper, Kellner zimmerservice, Gärtner und alles was es sonst noch an Hotelpersonal gibt. Wir waren mitunter die einzigen Gäste, was uns auch zu gute kam. Ist auch mal schön verwöhnt zu werden. Können wir nur empfehlen, wenn Kolumbien nicht so weit wäre, könnten wir uns……

“Nos hicieron esperar ya que la habitacion no estaba lista, el servicoo del restaurante es muy lento y ese primer dia es perdido porque entregaron la habitacion a las 4, en lo que uno almueza ya no dio tiempo para bajar a la alberca que cierran a las 6, de ahi podria decir aue le suma tener alberca pero no invertiria de nuevo, la carta de alumentos es muy limitada y los alimentos llegan frios... ”

“One of top places you can stsy off the coast of Cartagena. Amazing food, pool area and secluded beach. . Fam friendly ( 10 and 7 year old) and friendliest staff !! We stayed 6 nights and cant wait to go back! ”
