“It was so beautiful, friendly and nice staff. 10 out of 10 for me! Breakfast was delicious too”

“The club lounge is definitely worth the upgrade. With a very nice breakfast and evening cocktails. The week I stayed the beach was closed with construction machinery on it. I would’ve liked to at least been notified of this situation. For the beach the alternative is to go to one of the island beach clubs which you NEED to do your own research on, as it became abundantly clear that wherever someone recommends is getting a kickback from and this brings me to the concierge that recommended mine……

“Good Hilton property in the El Laguito neighborhood. Very good rooms and definitely book the club level. The lounge for club serves drinks and food in the evening. This is a good option if you don't feel like going out or paying for room service. The staff in every area is excellent. There are various pool areas and a beach area for hotel guests. I wouldn't call it private though because there were plenty of vendors. Lots of amenities throughout the property. A good stay!”

“One of the best Hyatt we’ve ever stayed at! The views from reception were amazing! We were there for a wedding so didn’t get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities but will be going back for sure. We felt safe the entire time and the staff made us feel welcomed. They had three pools that we have to try!!”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“Supuestamente el desayuno era buffet dos platos con fruta , una jarra de jugo y café y dos huevos al estilo que uno quería además a las 7de la mañana ya no se podía dormir el personal hablando súper fuerte por los corredores, pero demás todo bien”

“Good facilities for children. Very good breakfast buffet and room service. Nice spa services. Rooms are clean but could be better. Pool and beach close early. Room assigment in areas affected by construction should be better coordinated. Not many places to walk around.”
