“The hotel was located in an excellent location. The room and facility was spotless. Only 1 thing that we didn't like - everyday we returned to our room, the cleaning person was just chilling in our room. It was like we startled her by returning and she'd start back cleaning. We enjoyed the free food at the lounge for breakfast and throughout the day. The pool was amazing. We walked to a breakfast cafe a couple blocks away, walked to dinner one evening. “Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening.……

“Tiene una playa muy linda pero: 1. Las zonas comunes necesitan mantenimiento. 2. Asoleadoras dañadas 3. Muy lentos y poco atentos, por ejemplo, me contactaron del experience hasta la ultima noche. 4. El precio de la comida es bien alto y no es acorde con la calidad. 5. El cuarto hermoso pero la casa donde está, necesita mantenimiento, escaleras dañadas, pintura en mal estado. 6. La recepcion asusta cuando uno llega. 7. Si no fuera por la naturaleza y el paisaje, la verdad hubiera sido……

“Supuestamente el desayuno era buffet dos platos con fruta , una jarra de jugo y café y dos huevos al estilo que uno quería además a las 7de la mañana ya no se podía dormir el personal hablando súper fuerte por los corredores, pero demás todo bien”

“The staff was amazing. The rooms were big and updated. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok. I will have one negative comment to make. The Hotel did not have an elevator it was all stairs. I was put in a room on the 4th floor. I have knee problems and that was horrible for me. When it rained the stairs would get wet and I was afraid to fall. I requested another room and they were completely booked. They should mention that on the hotel website. The fifth floor which was the rooftop……
