“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

Dá pra ir a pé a todos os lugares se você tiver disposição (inclusive andamos de Bocagrande até o hotel tranquilamente, foi cerca de 1h de caminhada). Quarto bom, limpo e confortável. Café da manhã com várias opções, muito bom.”

“My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel and we would come back again! The property is well maintained- pools are beautiful! The staff - all of them are so friendly and responsive to the guests. They brought coffee to our room and afterwards had breakfast by the pool. We had standard room that was very spacious and practical for two women. Location is great too! Thanks again to all the friendly staff!! See you again!”

“I highly recommend staying at any Faranda Collection hotel. This one in Cartagena is brand new, and I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. From the attentive staff to being just a few steps away from the beach, everything was perfect. The hotel is about a 10–15 minute ride from the airport and roughly the same distance to all the main tourist spots. An excellent location and a wonderful experience overall.”
