“Had the worst experience there staff wasn't the friendly they keep.us waiting we has making a line for check in and they attended people that got there after us then left trash didnt pick up from the room and we wasn't in the place so no excuse for don't clean it also ask for menu and the person in the restaurant side keep us waiting someone else have to come to serve us they said snack on the evening we're certain hours was already passed 40 min and nothing they don't even have things ready or……

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“Me and my husband stayed here in May. The hotel looks exactly like the photos online, and it was gorgeous. Perfect location in the Walled City and great staff. We also booked a day trip to an island via them, and they definitely helped us. The only thing I would say is the bedroom is large but quite dark due to lighting. Also the hotel has a great rooftop area, but would great to have the hotel staff more present there so you can easily order food and drinks there. Would still come back to stay……
