“This was an one night stay for a visit to attend a family gathering at a near by location. The location was easy to find and in a good area near stores and restaurants, and there is a Food Lion grocery store located and a few additional stores near the entry of the hotel parking lot. Ample parking spaces and well lite parking lot, I was traveling alone and felt that the location was safe and clean. Check-in was easy and the host was pleasant. “My room had bed bugs and the management and staff didn't even help or refund my stay. I have pictures of the bits all over both ankles and legs. Expedia Travel has done everything possible to help, in fact they called the management and staff, they never emailed back or answered any calls.”
