“The hotel was clean as usual, and we received great service from all staff members. What I didn’t like was the dogs barking, literally having a barking contest; I thought I was at a dog daycare. Next time I will ask to be far away from guests with dogs. I couldn’t sleep. I am a pup grandma and love animals, but I wasn’t expecting to hear that on my vacation.”

“I checked in the first round on and checked the bed for cleanliness and sanitation. The bed had old soiled stain on the sheets. I went to the desk to let front know and to change the sheets or the room. The manager was also at the desk. The front desk lady asked what would I like to do. I told her change rooms. The manager said what did you do go pull the beds down to check them? I stated yes ofcourse. She said to the desk person to change the room. The next room was just as nasty with hair on……
