"The breakfast bar ran out of some foods hours before it was over. I felt like i was in a prison lunchroom the way I was treated to get breakfast. At checkout the guy behind the counter was not very friendly and acted like he didnt want to do his job. My room door kept sticking and not wanting to open or close. "

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would not stay here again. Unfortunately, the hotel was conducting mandatory carpet cleaning during my stay, something that was not disclosed anywhere on their website prior to booking. We only found out at check-in—after paying for a non-refundable rate. Had we known, we absolutely would have chosen a different hotel. The situation worsened on the day of the cleaning. At 8:45 AM, despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, a third-party cleaning crew knocked and woke me up. I had just flown in from California, was jet-lagged, and was in town for a funeral—so rest was especially important. The crew insisted I had to vacate the room so they could clean it. I went to the front desk and spoke with the general manager, politely asking if they could skip my room so I could get some rest. Instead of showing any empathy, she was dismissive and rude, repeatedly stating that we had been informed at check-in and therefore had no choice. When I asked why there was no advance notice online, she claimed that Hilton requires “six months’ notice” before posting anything on their website—which is clearly not accurate, as other Hilton properties post timely notices about maintenance issues. She also stated that carpet cleaning is an annual requirement by Hilton, which I later confirmed directly with Hilton customer service is not true. "Basic for the price. It is on a road that gets traffic noise. Cereal, pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage, toast and muffins for breakfast 6-9.Not bad but we were there at 8 and they did not refill anything. No fruit Loops in the big huge container and barely andy eggs left. Rooms updated but bathroom door did not shut and couple holes in the sheets. You may have dogs for an additional $20 each per day, however there is NO grass for them to go potty only gravel/rocks. The gravel parking overflow area was filthy with trash all over the ground, half eaten food, drink cans and lots of cigarette butts everywhere."

"The Staybridge Hotel had everything you need and more. There staff from the check in to the cook was always polite. They have a three day meet and greet gathering in the afternoon that was very nice."
