"Had a great stay the beginning of April. I am heading back to Charleston SC this week. Staying again at the Summerville location. Their staff is exceptional and very helpful. Rooms are clean. I would recommend staying here."

"These are not like the pictures. It was spacious that was nice the patches in the wall especially where the outlet beside the bed was suspect at the least you slightly push in and the power cuts off. The bathroom door was literally 1/4 duct tape and painted over to match the door there was no extra lock at the top to prevent just a keycard from getting in. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in months. The shower did have hot water and good pressure and the ac worked. Not located in the best part of town but not the absolute worst either walls cielings are stupid thin and you can feel the vibrations of people from the bottom floor and the sides of you. The fridge did work and it had good WiFi. Not well built or maintained at all."

"The Quality Inn, Summerville, South Carolina was in a great location with easy access to shopping and any personal needs that you may require. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were spacious and breakfast was sufficient. The on-site parking was free with easy access to the main hotel. I would recommend this property."

"There was a cafe/bar but it wasn't open during the weekend. There was no microwave in the room. No breakfast included."

"The hotel was under renovation and there was dust, paint chips and the smell of new paint. I’m surprised that Best Western has a hotel of this poor of quality. I would not recommend this chain of hotels to anyone. "

"Two issues getting the best room were handled by front staff, otherwise the stay was satisfactory. A hot breakfast was a delightful change from the usual continental breakfast at other hotels nearby. Room was clean and good."
