“This is a beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean. It was clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the beach access gate was locked and has been since Oct 2025 due to erosion. This was not made clear when we booked and we assumed oceanfront meant beach access. You have to walk about a 1/2 mile to get on the beach. ”

There are a few practical details worth noting. Both the upstairs loft bedroom and downstairs have many windows with light-filtering shades. “Seascapes was a penthouse ocean view villa! We had a grand time… 3 bed, 3 bath was perfect for us! The patio was relaxing with an incredible view of the ocean. Great communication with Carrol Realty. They were helpful with our late checkout. Be prepared to clean up the condo before leaving (condo rules). Little amenities would have been appreciated. Games and books were salable. A great retreat!!! ”
