      Fantastic Place to Stay

This is our second time staying at this property, and I will return here every time I visit Boulder. The property is quaint and adorable. There is plenty of room in the house--and the kitchen is well stocked. The little back porch worked perfectly for our take-out meals, and the back yard has outdoor seating, also. And the washer and dryer are perfect to make packing much easier. The location is amazing. You're close to all the restaurants and stores on Pearl Street. There is easy access to the bike trail and Boulder Creek. And it's so easy to get out of town in any direction to go on an awesome hiking adventure or scenic drive. The owner also has the best suggestions, so you truly experience Boulder as a local rather than a visitor, which we love.

        Great little place in Boulder!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We found the apartment exactly as advertised online, and near downtown Boulder's shops and restaurants (with plenty of excellent take-out options nearby). Toby was a great host, very communicative. Highly recommend.

          Wonderful retreat

This was a great place to stay. Very close to Pearl Street but still quiet. Toby the owner was so gracious and welcoming. He had fresh flowers and fruit in the apartment upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed..even a Keurig! We loved the back porch and cooked steaks one night. We will definitely be back for a visit

Best place to stay in Boulder

We have stayed here multiple times over the last 4 years our daughter has been at CU and have enjoyed every stay. Toby is a great host & always has the place ready and waiting for us. It is close to everything you’d need to see & do in Boulder. The place is immaculate & has every amenity you’ll need and even a cute backyard with table & chairs.
