X-Mas Holiday Fun!
Absolutely Perfect Location!! We loved this wonderful Boyne get away. Even though the weather was insane warm for a quick Xmas Ski trip it was an awesome visit. Being only a short walk to the main lodge, restaurants, the lifts and avalanche bay made our stay even better. Place was very clean, easy to get in and out of, hard great parking and plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and a few kids between 7 and 10. They loved it and so did we!! Definitely would stay again, next year we just hope for more snow!! Thanks so much for the great stay!

Cute and great walkable location
Very walkable to everything, clean, decent set up for things you need while away other than little stuff like ziplocks, etc. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. Easy in and out, no issues with parking. We'd stay here again!

Great Location
Nice condo with a great location. Plenty of room for my family and myself. Could have used more information about how the heat worked, but nothing we couldn't overcome.

Great location
Family of five that frequents the area on vacation. This ski in / out (very short walk, no stairs) condo was perfect for our large crew (2 adults and 6 kids). Cannot beat the location with easy access to the slopes and resort, everything is walkable. The unit was clean and spacious for the square footage, good layout. Kitchen was well stocked with dishwater, glassware, pots / pans, cooking utensils and appliances - including coffee and extra beverage fridge. Would definitely rent again.

Family wedding stay

Great get away.
Very nice property, just as advertised. Would rent again if we chose to come to the area again. Easy travel distance to a lot of things. We had an ongoing issue with using the key pad (we may not be well versed in them either-it just wasn’t easy to lock for us) but the property manager was prompt in getting with me to try and help me navigate it! We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, quiet, and easy.

Beautiful condo
Condo had everything we needed! It was great to dine in a few nights. Condo was beautiful and plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Pool was warm and clean and we were within a short distance to the main lodge. Looking forward to next year already!

Great Stay
This condo was beautifully decorated and spotless. The sheets smelled great. There was a ton of room. The kitchen had all the dishes/pots/pans, etc. you would need. They even had some games in a cabinet our kids enjoyed playing.

Exactly What We Wanted
Great stay for our basketball team. House had plenty of amenities for us and location was perfect. Players enjoyed the short walk to Avalanche Bay and the rest of the resort. A lot of options for every age group. Would recommend this house for anyone!

Beautiful and comfy family condo
Came to Boyne Mountain with lots of family. 7 of us stayed in this condo. It was wonderful. We had an amazing Easter weekend. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy a great Easter dinner. The three bedrooms and baths were very spacious and beautifully decorated. All the little extra amenities were a plus as well. Everything you need is available. Loved staying here. Would definitely recommend to anyone winter of summer. Very close proximity to main lodge, Avalanche Bay and ski in/ski out, restaurants etc. Couldn't have a better time.....

Great location and beautiful Condo
This condo is beautiful and roomy! Very clean, which is extremely important to me. The location is perfect for ski in / ski out at Boyne. Not sure you can get better. The only problem I had was with the Wifi. It wasn't strong enough to stream a video for long. But that is no reason not to rent this condo, just bring your own hotspot:)

Mid week ski trip
Fantastic condo. It's even nicer than the photos portray. Location right next to the bunny hill is perfect for teaching the young ones and being able to pop in quick once they are tired. Had everything we needed. Will definitely return.

A great place!
This condo worked beautifully for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens). Lovely decor, very well appointed kitchen, lots of space in the bedrooms and extremely comfy beds. Great location in the villas too... just a quick walk to the food, drink and activities of the village. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Great location
Our unit was steps to the chair lift and a true ski in ski out location. We enjoyed our time spent on the Mountain and taking a lunch break in our unit. It was surprisingly big, decorated nicely, clean and comfortable, We will be back again!

Wonderful Birthday get away
We had an amazing time. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean.our only complaint was the check out at 10 am was to early, we couldnt enjoy our breakfast and coffee in the morning and felt very rushed ,getting packed and everything accomplished to depart .A check out at 11 am would have been much better.

Perfect 2 family ski getaway
This property was perfect for our 2 families of 5 to share. The 6 cousins loved having a room with enough beds that they could all stay together. It was steps from the ski lift and there were tons of hooks for hanging damp gear. 3 bathrooms was also a plus. We would definitely go back!

Very enjoyable
This was by far the best stay we have ever had. The house itself was very warm, welcoming as well as how cozy it was. Everything was well organized and well-prepared for us to use. We have no complaints as we had such an amazing stay here. Definitely reccomend it to others!!

ENJOYABLE, NICELY UPDATED
PROS: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Villa was nicely updated, very clean. We had 12 in our group, the youngest was 13. The 3 bedroom spaces were adequate, bedding better than cheap hotel quality. Bathrooms also adequate with 1 set of towels for each person. CONS: What we found to be a significant issue was eating space. This was a villa advertising sleeping for 12 and while it did provide that, it DID NOT provide room enough for 12 people to eat a meal together. The dining table had 6 chairs. We found 4 folding chairs in a closet. That left 2 people without chairs. But then even though there were 10 chairs in total, you could only seat 8 at the table. We had people trying to eat a prime rib NYE dinner off their laps and/or coffee table. The kitchen/dining area was not large enough for a big table, however since the place advertised sleeping for 12, we feel there should have been a folding card table and 2 more extra chairs which we could have set up for meals then fold up while not using. Would also have been nice to use for playing games or cards in the evening with the whole group.

A true gem of the North!
My family of 5 enjoyed a long weekend at Boyne Mountain - and we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations! Located right at the base of Boyne Mt. and only a 2 minute walk to Avalanche Bay Waterpark, everything we wanted was within reach! Specific to the condo itself, all rooms were immaculate with big fluffy beds, soft pillows, and warm fleece/down comforters. The log bunk beds were a huge hit for our 3 sons! We were extremely lucky to stay during the first big snowstorm of the season, as our kids loved sledding and making snowmen (even though no lifts were open yet for skiing). We never ran out of things to do and the full kitchen made meal prep a snap. When we did leave our little gem, we enjoyed dinner at Red Mesa in Boyne City. Lastly, the property manager Renee was always accessible and made the rental process seamless! 5 stars all the way! We can’t wait to go back!!!

Family Weekend at Boyne
This place was perfect for our group of adults and kids! A short walk to adventure bay and all of the other activities that Boyne has to offer and very close to the condo outdoor pool! Check-in was easy and the condo was better than the pictures :) Would definitely rent again!

Great place and very clean. Upgraded amenities throughout the entire Condo! If you want to be in the middle of all the amenities Boyne Mountain has to offer this is a great place to stay. Walking distance to everything perfect for kids. You still get the privacy of your own Villa. Highly recommend!
